Jeremiah Sexton serves as CEO and lead Project Manager for Sexton Design andDevelopment in Greenville, SC.With over 15 years of experience, Jeremiah has a variety of experience in multiple construction markets. Jeremiah has extensive knowledge in leading cost and schedule management, Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) communication, management of subcontractors, and internal staff objectives. Jeremiah’s involvement

in preconstruction will allow a thorough and smooth transition into the construction phase. His strength for communication, scheduling and detailed management of the project make him an ideal project manager for any sized project.
