Sexton Design and Development provided complete Landscape Architecture Design and Site Construction including family friendly pedestrian public spaces at the Restaurant and Brewery Area; restorative urban landscape area between the building and the railway to the north; outdoor amphitheater; bioswales; rain gardens; healthy living fitness stations, dog park, and outdoor furnishings. As the project utilized Historic Tax Credits, the planting plan was shaped by the historical context of the site and the surrounding community.
