Sexton Design and Development provided landscape architecture design for a new industrial facility located along the I-85 corridor in Greenville County. The site had significant slopes to contend with and needed to have a low maintenance but aesthetically appealing face to the I-85 corridor. We utilized native grasses, ornamental shrubs, and other plants to meet the design requirements. Great care was taken to minimize costs while still providing a beautiful approach to the project.

Landscape architecture designs were prepared for the entire site including the exterior employee patio, vehicular approach, and front façade. In addition to providing an aesthetically pleasing landscape, the design is also functional for the uses of the building by locating larger trees outside of the truck paths and focusing the design to the “people” areas of the site.
